Are you a Graphic Designer?

1. A logo design
2. A web site design (for wordpress - need a home/landing page design plus underlying content page design [which I will convert to 2 wordpress templates - no development required in this quote])

It's for a new business and a brand story (from http://www.brandfactory.com.au/) will be provided to set tone of voice and brand guidance.

I am looking to contract the freelance designer within the next 2-3 weeks once the brand story development is complete.

As a new business I'd like to keep costs reasonable, but I am not interested in the low grade off-shore design 'factories'. I want to be able to discuss concepts with the designer either by phone or skype (and potentially bring Brand Factory into those discussions if appropriate).

So...

1. New logo in formats suitable for web and print
2. 2 * web page designs that I can have converted to a wordpress theme
3. I will own all rights to the materials produced
