I am setting up a business in South Australia and I have various questions and tasks which relate to employer-worker obligations, such as:

  • Questions about relevant awards
  • Help with determining whether a relationship between myself and a worker is employer-employee or company-contractor relationship
  • Writing a employment contract

Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009 is a must.
