Award-winning film & TV writer/producer seeking collaborators for speculative development of a weekly "panel"-style podcast series.

Location: Participation can be in person (NSW Central Coast) or online.

Activities for creative content collaborators will include:

• brainstorming topics / recurring segments
• optional participation in on-air interviews and editorial "panel" style discussions
• other: opportunity for standalone long-form project collaboration (fiction and/or factual projects)

Activities for technical collaborators will include:

• co-ordination and management of podcast recordings
• opportunity to participate as creative content collaborator if desired

Activities for marketing collaborators will include:

• co-ordination and management of media, subscriber and sponsorship campaigns

Compensation: Initially this project will be developed, recorded and distributed (uploaded/published online) speculatively. However, commercial distribution will be sought as soon as the first four podcast episodes have been uploaded. Once commercial distribution is achieved, and/or the project obtains sufficient subscribers and views to be monetized, collaborators will be compensated for all monetized episodes at standard industry rates, with bonuses paid based on equal share of profit. Until commercial sale or monetization is achieved, participation of collaborators will be in return for credits, social media publicity, and the opportunity to showcase work.

Time Commitment Required: Minimum three hours per week (content development, recording, etc)
