A quick run down of myself...37, single mum, haven't done much freelance because I have been employed until recently for my ex husbands parents business ( they retired end of financial year this year) they owned a graphic design business in Adelaide for the real estate professions. I started with their business while at uni in 2008 as I was studying a bachelor or media with a double major in graphic design and public relations. My time with the family business saw me with many hats, numerous roles over the years and I seriously contemplated buying the business before their retirement. Working closely with hundreds of real estate professionals, small and large businesses and companies, support staff, owner principals as well as an entire design team, my inlaws and the public with a weekly goal of managing and delivering marketing campaigns from humble beginnings (answering phones) to running the entire team and business as my inlaws wound down ready for retirement. I believe I posses what you require in order to complete your book and would love the opportunity to help you achieve exactly that.

With a clearer brief and understanding of what is required I can provide an estimate of Labor required and we can discuss a fair "hourly rate per se". Definitely within the ball park of your $1500-$3000 budget but prefer to itemise my time so you can see what effort i have given the job, as well as for your "next book" you can competitively ask for bids with previous realistic expectations.

It's difficult to provide an accurate quote without knowing the required wordcount, amount of research required, whether the case studies are already available or have to be completed by the ghostwriter, etc. I also need to know about your target market, how you are going to promote the book and where. Do you need help with writing the blurb for the cover and help with planning your marketing schedule? Based on the time taken for Silver Linings, 55,000 words and a very long project, I will based my bid on $3000. The time required will depend on how much research is required.
