I would like help building a new website. The main purpose being to have Forms for entering data into my own MySQL database. It would have a number of separate forms to be joinable as required. So, for example, Form #1 (e.g. client contact details) can be joined to Form #2, which can be joined to Form #3 or Form #8, and so on, as required. All information entered into the various joined forms is automatically inserted into the database under that particular client. I also want to be able to edit the forms and create new forms, as needs be, without using code e.g. drag and drop fields. I’d prefer open source software, but I’m open to suggestions to achieve the desired result.
