Clothing website for start up

It is hard for me to see how much of a workload it would be with such little information, but if you accept my bid, we can discuss a brief of what exactly you are looking for. Hello guys,

I have already coded a similar website for a french start-up called "Marsot", using Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS & JavaScript. You can look it up on my portfolio: https://charlymartin.github.io/me/

This website includes the following features:

• user account (with shopping cart)
• a Facebook sign-up
• admin interface for the owners
• a payment system
• photo upload (on the user side)
• a google maps auto-complete form for delivery addresses
• plus all the concept and design that I have done pretty much myself, in accordance with their needs.

I would definitely be able to reproduce a website like the 2 you mentioned in the description, with the features you specifically need. The number of hours I gave you (120) represents 3 weeks of work: 8-hour working days X 5 weekdays X 3 weeks.

I took me about this time to design, code, test & deploy their website so I assume it will be the same, give or take, for yours.

Just so you know, Marsot's website is live and completely operational since October, but as it is a very young start-up, the owners are still looking for business angels to invest in their venture. Hence, all the campaigns you'll see are fake ones.
