I understand your users currently use Outlook for mail and calendar.

I can do the following:

1. Set up subscriptions and exchange mailboxes for Microsoft Exchange Plan 1 ($5.60/month subscription or payable annually) for each user,
2. Configure DNS records for your domain to work with the mailboxes,
3. Configure Outlook for each user for their new mailbox,
4. Import current mail and calendar for each user into their new mailbox,

I can do all of that remotely but will require access (via e.g. TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection) to each user's workstation so as to do the mail import.

I would also need access to your domain name management to configure the DNS records, otherwise I can provide the required records to your IT support.

I do all of the above regularly for many clients who want to move their mail to cloud.
