I am looking to take an existing PDF Form and recreate it using an updated format and some fresh content. I have supplied the existing PDF Form + the new content. We would like to maintain the look and feel of the existing PDF Form, but update the content to what is outlined in the 'new content' document.

We need to be able to make edits/changes ourselves to the new PDF Form after it is complete.

I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro to create or edit PDF documents and turn them into fillable PDF forms.
