Daily scraper of planning agenda items

We are developing a scraper to run daily and deliver a list of new Council meeting agendas and any report titles relating to planning matters. See attached list with 10 sites as an initial tranche. Most agendas are in PDF. The data to be extracted is in agenda Tables of Contents.

Data to be stored in a spreadsheet or database and searchable.

The scraper can be hosted locally or using a cloud based service.
