Digital Marketing Assistance

We are looking for someone to help us approx 25 hours a month to begin with, however this could easily grow.

We are part of a global conglomerate with a small footprint in Australia and New Zealand.

The role would involve a number of tasks which we would prioritise with candidate:

liaising with our global marketing team to ensure that the print material produced is distributed to our branch network alternatively making sure local managers are aware of what is available.

making sure that each branch has at minimum footprint on google and details are up-to-date

ensuring global marketing team are including AUS/NZ in marketing activity

ensuring that marketing material/ output complies with corporate guidelines

once established, manage digital marketing - facebook, linkedin (plus manage content)

We envisage this role would grow but initially it would involve some very basic marketing activities

Ideally we would be looking for someone to spend half a day every 2 weeks at our office in Dandenong, but we could be flexible around times and arrangements
