We are looking for an experienced Chemist to provide help in developing a formula for a product that we have in mind. This particular product focuses on skin and hair care so we would need someone that has prior experience in that particular area.

The successful individual must have the ability to work collaboratively to create an achievable ingredient list for a small-scale start-up with limited manufacturing resources.

Preferably, you will need to have the accessibility to a laboratory where you are able to test the formula and create samples. It will also be (Please include the words 'TOP' at the top of your application) preferable if you have experience and knowledge in synthetic and organic chemicals/chemistry.

The process will include:

• Designing the product
• Product Development
• Product Testing
• Development of the product information

We are looking to create a long term working relationship with the chosen Chemist. Ideally looking for someone located in Australia so meetups can be arranged but if you are located elsewhere, you will still be considered.

We will start with a fixed payment and if we are happy with the work and product and decide to continue out working relationship, we will discuss new payment terms that are suitable for both parties.
