I am currently employed by a top 4 bank and have spent the last few years focused on regulation and compliance. This requires review and comprehension of bank policies and applicable legislation. The output would result in written reports to government or regulatory bodies stating with references how the bank is conforming to specific clauses of legislation with linkages to bank policy.

Great that you have a business plan. I would expect that along with visibility of the actual ~15 questions, you will provide links to the relevant legislations. I have written tenders in the past for the health industry and have worked as a Masters researcher for Victoria University for over 4 years. I work as a primary care practitioner, so I have a thorough understanding of AHPRA and government regulation regarding health care and also have written several academic tenders. My Masters is in Clinical Health and Public health, would be able to turn this around in around 3 days with the ability to consult with other higher academics if required. I personally believe if you are requiring someone for this given job, you require one extensive tender to be written as generally you do have a single shot. I have an understanding of the grant application process and would be more than happy to help.

Hi James. Without knowing more specifics I think it would be difficult for anyone to estimate how long this would take, ergo offering a price and the fastest possible turn around time just to get the job might be foolhardy. It may be easily done in, say three blocks of 10 hours, or it may take 6 blocks of 10 hours.

I am Australian (live in Sydney) and while I don't have direct work experience in the Australian Health industry, I do know a lot about it as a consumer. I also have a good friendship with my own GP of 25 years and would be able to chat to him about it if I needed a medical insight/input.

My command of English, grammar and punctuation is excellent, I have written two business plans, and through my personal experience with divorce/child custody and business litigation against someone, I have read extensively on various laws and legislation so am able to interpret and understand much of it myself.
