Hi there.

I am currently employed full time but would like to start doing some extra freelance work.

I work for a payment gateway which may come in handy: www.paycorp.com.au.

I am more of a developer and mainly work with Java but I can and have developed in many other languages such as PHP, Python, C#.NET, COBOL etc.

I also have another more junior developer that I work with who is also interested in taking on a few side projects.

He is more design focused and is very good at CSS, HTML and Javascript. I have quite a bit of experience with these but am not quite as creative.

Lately we develop most of our web applications using Django and Python and I would definitely recommend Django as a base for any website. I developed my web site (www.koanatech.com) using FrogCMS that is PHP based and found FrogCMS to be a very easy to use CMS. I would suggest developing the main web site as well as the seperate page, with ability to sell MP3 tracks, in Django and then including other sections such as shopping cart and forum via IFRAME into the main site.

I have looked at OpenCart and PHPBB before and I am very sure it won't take much effort to become an expert with these too.

I think charging a fair rate per hour is the way to go but it is very important to quote for enough time to comfortably complete the work.

Anyhow my resume is available here: http://www.box.com/shared/r9nemd45qg

Let me know if you are interested. Between 2 of us we should be able to put in between 10 and 20 hours per week.

If you looking for a partner using Opencart, I think I am the right person. I've been working with Opencart for sometime now - feel quite comfortable to build anything into the system. I've build a blog, news, image gallery, racing management and other modules into Opencart. PHP is my world, Opencart is my ecommerce. One example: meldemanuka.com (portuguese website) -> simple and based on Opencart.

Hi,

I am one of the lead developers at MyWork Australia for OpenCart and other websites. I am able to complete nearly any task you require and currently starting to build my own client database.

I am able to work all hours of the night and send emails or take phone calls at lunch time.

If you are interested, please let me know as I will be able to lower my price if you are providing graphics.

Kind Regards,

Jeramy Simpson

I'm highly experienced in the following web technologies: PHP, Java, (X)HTML, CSS2, JavaScript. I am also experienced in a large number of frameworks and open source libraries available to these languages. Additionally, I have developed various cross-platform applications in C++, so I have a good understanding of object-oriented programming. I have a Bachelor of Education and a post graduate degree in computer science.

I've worked on quite a few high-profile websites, the latest is for EdAlive, my current employer (http://www.zoowhiz.com/). I am currently looking for additional work, and am fully capable of completing this job for you. However, I must be up front and tell you that I am employed full time and can only work an extra 15 hours per week (I work Saturdays plus up to 2 hours weekdays). If you want a reliable partner, I'm available. Let me know.
