I need an Icon and a Graphic Image for a web presence for a new Educational App. I require a fixed price, and upon delivery and payment, I would need to own the copyright for the icon and graphic image for full public promotion of our new App. I would require 3 options for the ICON - that match the application we are creating, within 7 days of an accepted quote. We then select one of the options, either in entirety or with minor suggestions. The quote needs to be in 2 portions. a)Creation of the ICON and b)Finalisation of the ICON and Web Image. NOTE:If no presented Icon is accepted, then we would pay and not proceed with the 2nd portion of the quote, and seek another designer. If however a suitable ICON has been presented, we would accept this, and then ask for the presentation of the Web Graphic Design Image. Note: this is not to create a web site, purely Graphic Design (single file- prefer Indesign). Time to delivery this second phase is 7 days. Full details of the app itself will be provided to the successful applicant. This is not a one time job, we seek to create a relationship with a graphic artist. My Company has been developing software and webs for 32 years, but we lack true graphic skills, however we are excellent programmers. As far as cost - we are not seeking the cheapest - we are not the cheapest, but we are good, and we want a good quality partnership. This is the first time we have used Ozlance to promote a job.

This price would be for the three concepts, pending approval would then work on an agreed hourly/ per job fee. I have worked for one of the largest advertising companies in australia and have plenty of experience providing files for both print and online in various formats for further application. The quote: 1. Creation of the app icon (3 options) – fixed price of $360. 2. Finalisation of the icon and web image – without knowing more details here, I'm going to say $70/hr. However, after working on the icon and knowing how much work is still required on it and with further briefing on the web image, I would be able to then give you a fixed price if you would prefer.
