I would suggest you redesign this in Indesign, then you can use the template each year and just tweak accordingly. It will also allow you to make your end pdf interactive. As you can imagine depending on which direction you go the hours will vary so it is very difficult to give you an exact time. You can import word into INdesign...but it does have ISSUES and needs a lot of adjusting. Indesign is what you should be using. Hi, As some other users have also commented, using Adobe Indesign would allow a lot more artistic freedom and open up a lot more styling options for this project, but either way i am happy to work in any what ever format your require.
