Graphic Designer Request

I need for designer to alter/recreate a Scratch-It lottery ticket. The ticket can be found in most Tattslotto stores and can be seen in the attached picture. I would like someone with the appropriate expertise to produce a close to identical Scratch-It ticket or to alter an original ticket to my specifications. I am looking to propose to my girlfriend of 11 years using this ticket and would like the proposal to be hidden in the scratch away panels highlighted in the red boxes of the attached picture. I will be willing to pay $200AUD. Open to negotiation if the effort/time can be justified.
