I need someone to teach me the basics of my cpanel. We would share screen and discuss where certain website files, databases are stored. Show me how to set up additional ftp access, and update my staging folder. Be confident enough to discuss on the fly. I am hosted by nexcess.

If you are not from Australia, please send voice recording of your English accent as some international accents are hard to understand.
