I'm looking for a freelance illustrator of children's picture books to work on my book "Gotcha!".

It's set around the 1930s and is about a little girl who is terrified of the dark and finds it hard to sleep. She is a talented little observer and in the course of the book, she finds a way to dispel her worst fears and find joy in bedtime.

Of course, it all feels a bit like magic, and it is. It's the magic of a little girl's resourcefulness, inner strength and the will to not buckle under the most horrendous of challenges.

My book is 1244 words in length. It will be formatted for publication as an ebook for initial publication on all forms of the Amazon Kindle platform.

Once the print and graphic version is complete, I may also seek to convert it to audio/ animation.
