My wife and I want to build a cross platform mobile application. I am an experienced enterprise architect, want to use agile approach and need a base application built and i will do the rest from there. I use balsamiq for wireframing and can use several tools to specify business rules, process flow and datamodel e.g. sparx enterprise architect.you will have to sign an NDA to commence work and have plenty of reference applications.
