About the project

Floor plans drawn as per outline of attached sketch. These outlines are approximate only. To be drawn one floor only showing measurments for bedrooms, baths, open spece, unit area etc. Total 10 units. 1 x 3BR, 8 x 2Br, 1 x 1br, 3br approx 95 sqm plus 12 sqm open space with two baths. All 2 br approx 75 sqm with 10 or 12 sqm open space with two baths, 1 br approx 60 sqm with 8 to 10 sqm open space and one bath.
