I need a programme for a banner to advertise across the bottom of a tv whilst a tv programme is on. This is a banner similar. To what you see when watching the news, it is to be operation from a laptop, and controlled , in that any information can be typed in during the course of the day. For example whilst sitting in a mechanic shop that mechanic can advertise extra services whilst you watching the TV station.
Hi, so this banner would overlay what's shown on the TV right? Regards, San, Web Network
