Help with Software Programmer task

Modify existing open source app with HTTP GET of data - $100

I need someone that will modify this app: https://github.com/nadam/nfc-reader

The app needs to be modified so that when a card is scanned, it triggers a HTTP GET with the following data:

• Tag ID (hex)
• Tag ID (dec)
• Tag ID (reversed)

The URL to HTTP GET from: 192.168.0.104/crvid.php

So the request will be in the form of: 192.168.0.104/crvid.php?hex=

eg. 192.168.0.104/crvid.php?hex=12b348c3&dec=1937493729&rev=84623713

The response from the GET request will be TRUE or FALSE to indicate if the request was a success.

We require the .apk and the project files for the project to be complete.

The job needs to be completed within 2 DAYS

Please post proof that you can do this task and are available to complete the project in 2 days.
