The attached functional specification outlines the 'skateboard' requirements to test the market for a drone image analysis system.

May I request pricing and delivery time for a MS Windows program?

Optionally, may I also request the same function programmed for Linux desktop environment using GNU libraries. If that's a pipe dream, don't worry about it.

If you are a gun, I would be seeking assistance for on going R&D in the case I can get people to financially commit to the base line product.

Hi Ross,

This is definitely an interesting project to work on, and definitely meaningful.

Unfortunately, I do have have any direct experience relating to the imaging aspects your scope of work. I do, however, have enough industrial experience to deliver the project. I can also confirm that there are sufficient .NET libraries out there that can handle all your requirements.

You have mentioned "The system will import those photos and create an orthomosaic with GPS co-ordinates built in." Can you please provide some samples of photos with orthomosaic with GPS co-ordinates built in or what ever data the drone/camera would provide.
