I'm in the process of building a solid timber small home 60m2,comprising of a main bedroom,multi purpose room,lounge/dining,seperate bath and laundry and kitchen.Timber is (H) 175mm x (D) 105mm straight profile,double laminated, prefabricated Russian Pine.(Modern Log Cabin style)

I'm looking for consultation/advise on selecting interior & exterior colours,type of kitchen,bathroom and laundry layout.Ideas for the living room décor. I have examples of the type of look I am after which might be of help.

Included are architectural plans,elevations and a 3D rendered image of the Bungalow.There is no need for visits to the site.

I would like the work to be completed in approx.1 to 2 weeks.

I have extensive knowledge of requirements for kitchen, laundry and bathroom design, so I’m able to help you with layouts for this as well.

Hi Alyce, I'm responding to your bid,mainly out of courtesy.At $60hr I think you'll be too expensive for my job.

It's only a 60m2 granny flat and my main concerns are with the interior.Because it's all timber, I thought it may be too over powering and therefore need some colour.

I've been looking at faux stacked stone as feature walls for the bathroom and living room.And a few other ideas but I am not sure,so hense the job ad.

My budget is around $150 total.If you are interested please let me know.
