We're looking for an ArchiCAD draftsperson that can model up the existing conditions of residential homes in preparation for the design phase of additions/alterations projects.
We will supply measurements and photos of the house and require the existing floor plan to be drawn, complete with all doors, windows, fixtures etc. and approximate location of boundaries and adjacent landscaping features. 3D attributes like wall heights and roof pitch should also be modelled as accurately as possible.
The candidate should have access to Archicad 15 and the 4D Library. We will supply our blank template file, custom library parts and examples of the standard required. We expect prompt turnaround times and for the right candidate it will be recurring work with rates up to $50/hr.
