I need a freelancer to build a webpage and mobile app that contains a searchable database of instructions with photos and videos. I may be interested in allowing users to upload content to the website to form part of the ever growing database. Users can search for, view and comment/rate and share the information. The distribution of information regarding this project is restricted, therefore a full confidentiality agreement must be signed before initial consultation. Please, no time wasters.
