Looking for someone to create script for a site that would operate a script to print service.

I want it so that when a customer places an order on my website, the order is printed out on a printer at a location.

This printer is setup via static IP with a port and is installed on a windows server. I can provide access to this server via RDC if you need.

Let me know price and any questions you may have.

Is the web server networked with the printer? or are they in different locations?

They are in different locations but due to the static ip work fast and instantly.

I have a couple of questions?

  1. Has your web server got a Linux OS running on it and do you have full access to the server?
  2. Should the printing be done on a pre printed form or can you just upload a sample scanned version of a printed copy?

Hi, Thanks for answering to my questions. It is possible to write a windows service to perform the printing job so as soon as someone orders something online, the printing service will receive the request and print accordingly. You have a range of options to choose from as you have not yet created the application. Can I contact you on your email address given above to discuss further?
