A wedding and event planning space where people can compare and organise suppliers all in one site.
Any business that provides a service for events such as weddings can join and create a page. Examples of businesses that would use this site are photographers, cake makers, florists and many many more. All the suppliers will be organised into categories of service and location.
The idea then is that any person planning an event, like a bride, can search through suppliers of everything needed for her wedding specific to her location. The bride will be able to short list suppliers that she likes and contact them directly through the site. She can also make notes about each short listed supplier and easily compare them.
The bride will also have her own personalised page. On the bride's page she will have categories of the services she will need. Within these categories she can upload photos, make notes and compare her short listed suppliers.
Details of Preliminary Website Needs:
Sign up/registration for all businesses. This will include standard info (name, email) as well as information about the location(s) of their service and the category of service (I.e. Photographer)
The business will then be allowed to create a business account and set up an individualised profile. The structure will be the same for every profile but can be customised with content and pictures. Within each business profile will be 4 tabs: About us Our team Photos Testimonials
All businesses will be grouped by location and category. Anyone visiting the site can search through suppliers of any category in a selected region. Businesses can be contacted directly from the site (and sent to the email provided).
Details of Secondary Website Needs:
Sign up/registration for anyone planning an event (The Planner). The Planner will need to provide standard info and location of the event. By specifying the location, all searches will automatically only show suppliers in the selected region.
The Planner can then set up a personalised profile. In a planner's profile they can add folders for the various services they will need - I.e. Cake, dress, flowers. Within each folder will be an 'idea book' that they can upload photos to. There will also be a section for 'short listed' suppliers that they have added from the search of businesses.

Hello there! looks like interesting job, quote is very approximate as it depends on details, basic "usability" design with category admin, page editor, photo manager etc will be less expensive. Do you have any design templates for pages or it's gonna be created from the scratch? Cheers!
