I would prefer to code your website into CSS/xHTML from an existing .PSD if available, which can then be converted to a Joomla template if desired, however after further discussion I may be able to reccommend a solution that is more suited to your needs.

If you accept my quote, I will ensure that your project is developed and deployed in a manner that is best suited to you, and your target audience.
