We are in the final development phase of building a Health and Fitness App that challenges users to exercise daily for 30 days.
Our current software engineer has closed up shop, and we now require the services of an experienced iOS programmer to step in and complete the project which is already 80% built!
Key responsibilities: • Assess the existing iOS build, Web Services and MySql database code • Unit test and perform final bug resolution (support documentation provided) • Implement final functional enhancements (support documentation provided) • Co-ordinate final UI enhancements (support documentation provided) • Communicate daily with our Project Manager to discuss any technical or planning issues • Facilitate Go-Live deployment of app to App Store
Key Skills Required: • 3 - 5 years experience with native iOS app development including web services and database integration (Objective C, My Sql) • The application uses GPS for mapping routes and calculates distance, speed and pace. Must be expert in the native iOS technologies required to implement the key functional features of our fitness tracking app. • Excellent English communications skills • Must be able to check in daily with Project Manager and complete work based on project timelines
