Need a "Find a store" function created for a drupal website, toylibraries.org.au.

We expect this is probably most effectively achieved through the use of an existing drupal plugin.

The function needs to be able to show a list and a map of the nearest toy libraries when a user enters an address, suburb or postcode. Basic details that are showing in our current find a toy library function should also be showing in the list. This information should be drawn from a database we maintain not from Google.

If the user is on a mobile device, there should be a near-me capability.

Our membership list changes quite frequently so there needs to be the ability for the database to be updated by someone with a web development background.

The issue we have with our current function is that if you enter a suburb that does not have a toy library it tells you there aren't any, rathe than telling you the closest one.

We like the Officeworks style of locator (photo attached) however would prefer it showed the details of at least the 3 closest toy libraries at once (rather than having to click on them to get the details).

NOTE: If you supply me with all the toy library listings on a data sheet I will do it for half the price of this quote. I can supply you with a data entry sheet for you to go off starting for each state and work your way down. Once done i will then supply you with a CSS Code. That allows your clients to follow the current buttons already displayed and listed on your site. By choosing the state they want and taken to the location state page (the same steps currently on your site) a button will be displayed for them to search and locate the closest library to the post code or suburb they enter. Once done so on the same page a map is shown and in the map the libraries details will be shown. You will then give these codes to your current website designer/developer and they place it within the required field.

Near-me functionality will only be available for devices supporting html5 (most modern phones do). Display of three closest libraries when in map mode will be good to have, though click to get details will be preferred. Also there is a chance that purchase of Google maps API license might be required.

I can do this well for you But I be going to put it first page of Google for you Your site has to built from ground up to the ways that fit it in to search engines I can not talk cost till I see what you want Also you can pay me half when I build it Then the other half when it climbs high in the goggles directory I take pride in my work Rob

Hi, I need admin access to the backend and the database for testing and production environments. If there is no testing environment, that is OK, an access to production environment is enough. I believe you already enter stores locations via the CMS that currently manages the whole website. My page will use the existing infrastructure and will not need any ongoing costs.
