I have recently launched a platform https://www.propertymates.io/ which helps investors buy property together. It is a communication platform where like minded investors/buyers can join together.

This platform is launched just 3 weeks back and now we are in process to make a viable marketing strategy. We have our copywriter and designer but need someone who is expert in creating the marketing strategy and helps in executing it too.

Ideally, the marketing strategy should include:

• PR – identifying the publications/journalists to contact
• Email marketing – email sequence for each audience (e.g. members vs non-members, buyers vs. sellers etc)
• Content strategy – blog articles on the website
• Social media
• Paid ads – Google, display etc

Apart from above, a specialist should identify WHAT and WHEN we need to communicate and to WHO.
