create a mobile app for both android and iOS devices that will contain a video or animation of around three minutes duration as well as various pages that connect to a Wordpress site which will largely function as a meeting place / social networking environment for the participants, probably with connection to Twitter and Facebook.

The aim is to create a mechanism for testing human reaction / response times to visual stimuli. These test will be conducted on a daily basis and could involve millions of students / participants at each event. It will function daily and anticipated to run continuously for a decade. The test itself will last around three minutes and involve up to ten visual challenges

I want this video/animation to be native on the app

The vid/animation will run at a prescribed times so that all participants will engage in the test component simultaneously. When the video stops the tests appear on screen as a series of panels which will be displayed in succession.

these test panels can be pushed to the phones prior to the actual test event so that connection with browser is not critical,

Each panel is visible for a prescribed duration.

The participants will respond to text on the panels and will tap the screen in response to these prompts.

I need to afix a nano timestamp to these events.

The data collected is to be compiled on a file in the background (ie Not visible to the participant) and at the completion of the test be sent back to our database for analysis.
