Currently we have freelance work in your city. All you have to do is visit the brand outlet (as specified by us) and observe the customer service given to you. Then you need to fill a report based on your observation and interaction with the staff. The best thing is that you can do this on the day and time of your convenience!
Hi There, i am a mum of two young children so i represent your average shopper! I have had many years working in customer service including retail so i know what is expected of the type of role that we will be filling out reports on. As a former Product Marketing Specialist for Acer, I used to do these things quite a lot. I am very familiar with what I need to say to the staff in order to discover the information I need to get from them. I would then use this information to find out what the store could do to improve customer experience or maintain it if they are doing a good job.
