PhD student in Sydney producing a documentary on the global impact of child maltreatment and best practice prevention initiatives.

I expect my ultra-low budget (but broadcast quality) video will contain about 12 talking head interviews, mixed with simple graphics and animation, narration and stock music.

Looking for:

  • Editor / Animator (basic)
  • DP / Lights
  • Sound / Grip
  • Researcher
  • Production Manager / Coordinator
  • Music Supervisor
  • Casting (to help attach celebrity narrator and or VO talent)
  • Voiceover

Successful candidate will have to sign a participation agreement / consent form. Note: the content will be sensitive in nature and may trigger those with prior exposure to child maltreatment.

We are currently seeking heavily discounted and pro-bono assistance at this stage. We will need crew casually from about April to August, 2020.

Budget flexibility requested for this student / humanitarian project, with payment if commercial proceeds generated.
