I have a current website and the developer has failed to complete this job. The website it self is functioning fine my main problems is the reporting and export options do not work as requested.
The back end is MySQL.
Overview.
Client resister at home page, http://www.pcpost.com.au/pcpost/vip/
I then approve from my admin module, http://www.pcpost.com.au/pcpost/vip/admin/
Once i approve i then import excel db in preset layout this then made available to client, they can add edit delete clients within DB.
They also use the "create coupon" option to send a mailing list to me via email. each time they do this the will chose additional variables within the process, such as dollar amount, expiry date (by days).
The system has been set up to build this mailing list and create a barcode string containing this variables. I then create the letter print the barcode on and each time a coupon with a barcode is presented to my client they scan and this then builds a history of transactions.
So, the problem is that my developer was unable to provide an accurate method to report on coupons redeemed properly. So my customers cant find out who has not used the service at all, or whom is the best user of service etc

In my opinion, this is a design problem, rather that a coding problem. It seems that the process design did not cater to answer questions regarding utilisation of the service. I will be happy to help...
