We already have the 30 pages of content plus weights and measurements in spread sheet. We would retain all ownership and rights over the website

Very rough estimation, will be updated once technology stack is defined. My vision of the ordering process on the website is to implement it as dynamic web page (web application) to provide more interactivity to the customer. Best way to achieve this is by use of one of the Javascript frameworks.
