Hi bandjo2011. Like all the other quotes here I agree this looks like a simple site to do. I believe $150 should be sufficient time to install, configure and secure your website. Any completed content can also be implemented within this cost.
Website would be fully responsive and all content would be editable by you as well as the ability to add more content easily!
I also can provide fast local hosting and domain registration. Domain you'd be looking at anywhere from $10-20 per year depending on whether it's .com, .com.au or other and hosting would be $30 for a year (including 5 email addresses). Hey Bandjo, no worries getting this site set up for you. My price includes a high level design for the site (done in Photoshop) - to which you sign off and approve. Once approved I commence the development work on my development server - you can review, test and play with the site whilst on the development server. Once you're happy with the site and ready for it to go live, I can transfer it to your live hosting server and away you go! Otherwise you can host it on our servers where we also manage all wordpress plugin, theme and security updates as well as regular backups and malware removal. Anyway, check out my site here.
