I am looking to start a custom design scarf business and I am wanting someone to establish a working relationship with a textile printer (preferably in China or India) and organise small runs of fabric to be made. I would like this person to establish the relationship with the textile printer, and negotiate the most competitive price.

Once an initial sample has been completed and checked for quality, I would like the freelancer to organise for further runs to be printed.

I am also looking for an individual to assist with future fabric designs.
