Location: Funafuti, Tuvalu.

Project basic description: A project consisting of 2 buildings; A: 2-storeys office/library/training center (1st floor- fully air-conditioned) with open ground floor; B: 1-storey for boat storage + 2 storeys high for shop, office/WC, storage for new electronic equips.

Requirements: Produce a Revit BIM model to produce the following;

1. 3D model of site;
2. Schematic design drawings (3D building drawings, site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections; site perspectives;
3. Developed Design drawings: floor plans, foundation plans, site electrical layout, building electrical, fire, communications layout; structural details; schedules (windows, doors, finishes, hardware, etc.);
4. Developed the above further to produce; construction drawings (+ window, door, finish, paint, etc. schedules), bill of quantities and a schedule of materials.
