I need someone to help me choose, set up and administer a server/cloud service to host a pilot SQL Server database with MS Access front end. The pilot is currently accessed by users through Citrix Receiver.

I already contract a professional database developer who manages the SQL Server / Access database itself.

Essential:

• familiarity with leasing server space / cloud
• Windows server administration
• Citrix Receiver administration (or other similar remote desktop / app interface)

Desirable:

• SQL Server 2012+
• MS Access

Now that the pilot has proven successful I am forming a team to develop a fully functional cloud-based web application. Therefore, skills in cloud development, web apps, spatial analysis, database development are all additional skills I would find useful.
