I’m looking for someone that can create a very easy to use bitcoin exchange website from scratch that will include a HOME PAGE, NEWS, RATE, BUY, SELL, FAQ, ABOUT US, CONTACT US and an administration panel that will be able to handle those pages. Now, as per my understanding you are looking for a bitcoin marketplace where user can sell and buy bitcoins. The features and functionality will be same as any other marketplace but the flow of the transaction will be little different. Here user have to create your bitcoin wallet or address, where you can store your bitcoins.
As far the experience on bitcoin, we are currently building a platform where robots will buy and sell bitcoins from different exchanges. We have already integrate different exchanges, here i mention some of them bellow;
