Hi,

I am needing a rather large project done but I am not rich at all I am unemployed but get a disability pension from the government here in Australia and I need to know if I can get a website developed and built by paying it off like monthly payments? I am in no hurry and I can afford $200 AUD a month only). I am needing a social network for musicians with similar features to facebook. note: I dont want it like facebook but a completely different design. features like voice chat, video chat, text chat. i want a search on their for musicians or bands who are searching for a band or particular instrument but i want it with search area, instrument, band, playing level, age, style etc etc. i would also like a guitar tuner on there so musicians can tune their guitar maybe other digital tuners for other instruments if can be done. also would like a program on there so musicians or bands can record their music directly on the site and also be able to download it and also be able to put it directly on their page. so yeah need to be able to have pages for musicians and also be able to have pages on there for bands/solo artists and need for them to be able to sell their music on their bAnd/solo artist page, have like a shop on their for all bands/solo artists to list their music for sale and have different categories/genres(music styles) also with payment options such as paypal and credit card even direct bank deposit, have a friend request button, like buttons, dislike buttons, be able for musicians or bands to be able to upload their own music/photos/videos to their pages. need a feature similar to dating sites where musicians can be matched daily, example: if a guitarist is looking for a certain bass player everyday he/she will get an email to their page with a list of potential bass players that are what he/she is after. also not only pages for musicians and bands but also pages for teachers so like if someone wants to learn guitar they connect with the teacher through a friend request then the teacher will teach over the video chat. need a different level payment gateway for different features from free upwards. need for musicians or bands to be able to link their songs from external sites such as soundcloud facebook you tube etc. be able to log into this site with facebook. have share buttons to be able to be shared to facebook etc. people who are not musicians can join the site but they will be limited to what they can do/look at such as they will only be able to see band/solo artist pages be able to comment like and buy music and be able to see any upcoming gig listing for bands in and around their area. security features like facebook including to be able to block ppl. notice board for bands to post gigs. classifieds sections with paypal integration. anti spam filter? chord charts for different instruments. have advertising page for music stores/music recording and rehearsal studios. this site is just for Australia but if it takes off i will probably get you guys to add in America and/or other countries at a later stage. and with the buttons maybe have different names other than like etc all along the lines of music. please let me know if you can do this with the price per month i mentioned and how long all up it will take to do approximately. and also later on down the track i will want to expand the site as i have more ideas/plans. But please don't bother applying if you can't do it for the money i have, because that's it there's no more money and you would only be wasting your time.
