did you loading php_soap.dll in your php.ini? if you didn't, you can't connect to server via SOAP. Follow the example that ASIC gave you, I think you can easy to connect to ASIC.

Hi, Brendons, email me the asic example to liaojining@hotmail.com, I will write a PHP soapclient for you , you replace the program with username and password. run the program see if it can connect to the server. if it works, you can pay me any amount money you like. if it doesn't work,just get rid of it, I am sorry to waste your time.

Hi. We are trying to connect to ASIC webservices by SOAP. They have given us a login and password plus some examples to follow but so far we are unable to return valid XML from the service. They offer no tech support. I need someone that knows SOAP services well and can follow their poor documentation to get us connected and returning data. I am in Sydney. Where are you? What SOAP experience do you have?
