We need a cloud based back end to send push notifications and a smart phone app to receive the message (android and apple). Amazon Web Services seems to have the functionality required.
The back end: we need to be able to upload a file (csv etc) to the cloud with pre-written messages and the time for them to be sent. The back end needs to send them automatically. Messages are individually tailored, not generic, so they need to be sent to specific phones.
The mobile ap: only needs to receive and display the message on the screen.
This is the first step for a larger project so further development will be required building the back end database.
I have many years using AWS in enterprise environment, and android development that involes push notifications. I know several solutions that can archieve your target. Very confident to accomplish this task and also hoping for longer term cooperation as I have a broad skill set like Java, C#, C++/C, database, mobile, web design and development from 10 years IT experience in well-known tech companies
For an app like this you'd want to use the xamarin tool set. It will be faster and cheaper to maintain. Happy to discuss options. Do you have a direct contact?
