Software Programmer request

Confidential project.

I need to be able to export data from AutoCAD drawings to an XML file. No sure it can be done from AutoCAD using .NET or Plug-Ins. If not, this project can be done in 2 parts.

First, I would like to write LISP programs or Plug-Ins (VBA or .NET) to create points and polygons from existing nodes and lines with a few attributes both fixed and editable. Then I need to be able to export the points and polygons attributes (attached data) to Excel.

Secondly, I need to be able to use an Excel spreadsheet to use the data from above. Then following an XML Schema, output an XML file.

What I need for now is a proof of concept and a more functional "software / program" will be further explore. I have a limited budget for now and would prefer someone that can do the whole project but I will also consider anyone that can deliver either part.

I don't mind having the 2 parts worked on independently.

I will send more details of the project on request and results of your work will need to be tested against a CAD drawing and an XML Schema.

Notes:
Need to be 64bit OS and AutoCAD.
