This domain is accepting emails from others outside their organisation including email sent from Office365 with the exception of mail sent using this new Exchange Server.
THE ERROR RECEIVED - Error: 4.4.0 Primary Target IP Address responded with "554 ironport0.domainname.com Attempted failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed. Either there are no alternate hosts or delivery failed on all alternate hosts.
