Jehbco Silicone Specialists are Global Technical Leaders in the space of Specialty Silicone covering Defense to Construction. With over 40+ years of experience and as part of their expansion, Jehbco require a process driven, detail-oriented person to join their team as a 'Sales & Operation Assistant'.
The Sales & Operation Assistant role includes:
Customer Service & Phone Answering: This includes handling phone calls from clients & new potential clients, capturing details & using our CRM system, passing on details to our manufacturing team and building relationships.
Problem Solving & Order Support: This includes working on a wide range of Sales & Operational activities solving problems, ensuring key orders are made and working with colleagues to look after our high-end client base.
Replying to Sales Emails & Updating CRM Systems: This includes responding to new leads, updating details into our CRM Databases, using the information to drive sales and help foster new relationships.
Preparing Quotes, Entering Production Orders & Getting the Detail Right: Our clients have particular orders and need them met perfectly so it's right the first time.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 – 5 years of experience in similar roles that is process driven, has an eye for detail, can work autonomously for the betterment of the team, fluent English Speakers, possess a great typing speed & knowledge of the MS Office Suite with an innate drive to learn more. Past experience in manufacturing environments is highly regarded.
This is a Full Time role based in Jehbco's Manufacturing site in Sydney's Northern Beaches.
