Heavily experienced iOS developer; I have been constantly updating many of both my own and clients’ apps for newer iOS releases over the years.

Judging by what I can see testing the apps on my older iPhones, the apps will need more work than just a straightforward upgrade for iOS 11 / 64-bit, including some design changes.

I have developed lots of mobile applications and now I'm working with Xcode 9 to make apps for all kinds of iOS devices including iOS 11. Could you please give me the app links and source codes if you have ? I hope to review them to check out how long I need to do your job. Please don't worry about protecting the source code. Hi Jacqui.

Is your bidding guide total or per hour? If that is total you're going to struggle to attract quality developers to your project.

You'll also find this is a very difficult task to quote accurately without the developer knowing the scale of the apps and what condition the code is in. Are you hoping to upgrade the version of Swift used to the latest, or just fix any crashes? Fixed-price quotes may therefore not complete the task to a high standard while per hour quotes may end up taking you much longer than you anticipated.

Usually there will be quite a number of compilation warnings shown by the compiler that can give a hint as to the scale of the work. If you'd like, I'd be happy to take a look at it for you and then can give you an accurate quote. If you'd like to chat I'd be happy to talk you through it.
