Hi! I'm creating my final artwork and am needing a very simple software or program that, when a small questionnaire is filled asking name/post code & email, and then submitted, random letters and numbers are then generated on screen and then automatically printed.

I have a very small budget and realise that I can't offer much for what I am asking, never the less any help would be truly appreciated

I can pay up to $300 AUD and this will need to be completed by the 24th of October

Thank you
